Kyle Phoenix Answers: Why Do Black People Suffer Injustice?

Lack of a sustained insurrection and war. While historically there were hundreds of attempted rebellions and revolutions only Haiti and Cuba were successful against modern, past 200 years, regime of America. All people who have had a great war or rebellion against oppression have won respect, freedom though not always prosperity. African Americans have traded material prosperity, comparatively speaking compared to abject slavery and sharecropping, for minor to medium abundance. Which is why the distorted mythology of "get the money, that gives you power and then you'll be respected" runs so deep in African Americans.
Let's say at the ending point of the Civil War instead of simply migration north or waiting on plantations we killed every single motherfucker lighter than a brown paper bag in our immediate vicinity....you got a lil' nervous at that thought, right?....no matter the cost. We could've snatched the South from its wounded by the North jaw and then negotiated back as the New Integrated South with the North. The North weakened by war would have to negotiated. Slit your masters throat when he's wounded.
Haiti was able to defeat the French, Dutch, Spanish and British empires, Napoleon even!, because they had distance from the power sources and they struck mercilessly. They've paid by being blackballed for centuries but that's particularly due to no comparable free Black nation near Haiti. Most importantly they struck between the American and French revolutions, when the masters were weakened and preoccupied.
Cuba, viva la revolution, ousting of Batista occurred because of the ability to leverage communist support, build peasant army and retain all properties and wealth hidden in Cuba by US, mob, etc.. Again slitting masters throat but this time snatching his wallet away as he tries to deal with bleeding.
African Americans have treated injustice as a moral issue rather than a humanistic one. We allow ourselves to be designated Black and then try to find value and pride in that. That's similar to calling a woman cunt and her taking it as her first name. Even if she wears it proudly, it's still something SOMEONE else designate her. Liberation comes from self nomination.
Now if I'm just another human like you and not a subcategory you've designated I depower your oppressive concept by equating us at the baseline. I do tho not for your acceptance but for history and future story...I do this to infect the minds of your children and my children with a new ideology that will be taught over and over.
Black, racist injustice stands because race is a social construct and the people designated as Black have never made it dangerous for White people to perpetuate the construct through a hot war, weapons-blood-mayhem and a cold one, ideology-laws/morality-science based refuting logic.
We keep arguing about the pride, history and efficacy of being cunts....so folk follow our leaf and treat us like people who are cool not only with being labeled but simplistically foolish enough to rename and reimage ourselves into the cunt designation.
So, today, with a war, how do we unravel this?
Play to the future, to my children and yours on two levels, genetic and ideological.
Its hard to kill family. People of color must consciously integrate and make Dem swirl babies. Creating a new free racialized category will give those children two cultures to bridge, access, love and champion....this allows us to also perform ideological inception thru them back into their Whiter kin.
Were going to have to forsake pure Blackness to dilute Whiteness.
We must then play the genetic card by refusing to align racially in systems like the government. No more checking off anything but Mixed and Other. What they gonna do if I do it, its true and by legal biological processes, true? Hegemony  identified by Antonio Gramsci is only subverted by inception not construction aligned to the system, the more Black I nominate myself the more Black you can make me in form and rules.
Exploitation of the racial sexual taboos to gain access and then become co-heirs to the power structure. Ask yourself how many Jews are integrated this way into society? Even Ivanka Trump and Chelsea Clinton are married to Jewish men, imagine if they were married to Black men?
But part of the eugenic race war will mean we Blacks, men and women, will have to get into the schools, clubs, businesses where the fertile, horny White chilluns is. We must educate for access to the utilize The Power of the P...fill in the genitalia appropriate to your sex-Ing.
Gasp! Fuck for your freedom, baby.
Genetic inception has occurred in a negative way in rapings around the world as part of destroying the genetic history and future story of whole countries, we have to see that as brutalized inception towards obliteration and instead practice inception to transformational integration.
Then we can start negotiations on cultural differences because we'll all be at the dinner table....cause we're obviously and directly related. If your family pictures lack "racial" by that I mean melaninated folk or non-melinated folk, you're a passive supporter of racism.
"We're not racists, we just don't have any folk of other colors in our immediate family or even extended at Thanksgiving...."
That has to change in ALL families to eradicate injustice against...humans based on "race".

Angry Gay Black and Latino Men by Kyle Phoenix

They are upset.  You know them.  I know them.  Working for years around them, I got to swim through them.  There's one so angry in NYC that a supervisor once pulled me aside and asked for my clinical opinion as to why that man was so angry.  He's literally seething---doesn't help that he's over 220lbs and 6 feet tall, so he's frightening as well---his criticisms have arrived at being legendary and infused with a rage that you can't fathom.  Sadly enough if you look closely at his tightly squinted eyes you'll see that speedy, erratic darting and flatness.  I call it the serial killer flatness.  Where there is no sparkle---it's most often in the eyes of sociopaths and narcissists.  There is no openness, there is simply snake brain looking back at you.  But I digress into how I identify the nutter butters.   This man is HIV+, living on HASA (Welfare in NY for those who are HIV+), very intelligent---therefore able to see how banal his life has become.  Regulated food from Food Stamps, a tiny apartment in a mediocre part of the city, less chance of attracting a mate because he's well over 40, has less resources to share, is infected and is frankly, so damn angry and off putting, contributes to his anger.

My answer to my supervisor's question was that a decade ago when he found out he was HIV+ this man unfortunately didn't get the community and therapeutic services he needed.  So like a broken arm never properly set, he's aged and callused into neurotic extremes.  Anger, unlike positive emotions can act as fuel and serve as a weapon against the world and one's self.  More positive states of mind deflect the world, even act as combative fuel, yes, but don't castigate or create recriminations to the person.  Anger has the added bitterness of  "I got myself into this with these other miserable, worthless sons of bitches...."

Why though do so many Black and Latino men who are not heterosexual seem so imbalanced?  Is it inherent?  Is it a symptom?  Is it a phase that they all go through?  And do some get stuck?

I've been churning through psychological and sociological works and talking to smart folks trying to name the confluence of racial and sexuality inspired malady.  I think there is definitely a book in here somewhere.  But I know that having to deal with two such heavy impactors upon identity is too much for brown men.  Depression has come to the forefront in the past decade and of course HIV is hand in hand with looking at the emotional landscape of men of color but does anyone look at how depression, HIV stigmatization and loneliness manifest aside from depression and HIV?  Or is the stereotype of the angry brown man so prevalent that we don't even recognize it aside from the evening news or family fights?

I have another friend, who I'll say upfront, I had to put at arms length because frankly---he was chronically depressed and depressing.  He has found a dark melancholy as his natural state.  I recently called him up because I misunderstood that sometimes the distance Facebook creates is a good thing, and no lie, this is how the conversation started.
"Hey, it's Kyle."
"Hi, Kyle."
"How are you?"
"Well I'm still single and depressed about that.  Very lonely 'cause I can't find nobody.  I'm so lonely.  And you....?"
I was flummoxed---what can you say to such naked, icky black holed-ness?---and when I look back upon it clinically and critically I realize it was someone rushing to the Emotion Box and grabbing up all the feelings in the conversation before anyone (mine) else's feelings could happen.  Pretty selfish...and explanation as to why he's lonely and single, eh?  What man could tolerate or survive losing all the oxygen in conversations with this man?  You would be frustrated on one level because as a friend or potential lover you'd want to help.  But like me, you'd also be resentful because he's hijacked all of the emotional energy and taken it to a depressing place.  Therapy hasn't helped him, friends haven't, religion hasn't and the Universe sure as hell won't subject a lover to that miasma---so he's stuck.

I was actually calling to tell him a book of mine had been released and he was purposely, glowingly in the acknowledgements for his professional work.  It fell upon deaf ears I think and there's been no reply.  I've often found with men of color that unless it's sexually pulsating or cash money directly coming to them, there's very little reaction.  Which is sad--aren't we worth more?  Can't we hi-five others and ourselves?  Remember when the success of a friend was a good thing and not something to co-opt?  (Another article will deal with Black/Latino homosexual men and how they deal with successful Black and Latino men---that one's a doozy.)

But what struck me even more was that this was the same state he'd been in for the handful of years I'd known him and years before that I suppose.  There were further niceties in the conversation but by grabbing up everything in the Emotion Box---he sort of left me nowhere to go.  One can't help but feel guilty or self-conscious for sharing good and/or bad news because there's no oxygen left in the conversation.  Is it no coincidence that the two men I've mentioned so far not only know each other but are famous in the NYC Black gay world for their dispositions and quiet as it's not kept, behind their backs, discussed as what not to become?

A third friend examples his anger by lying.  Constantly.  About stuff he doesn't have to.  Little insignificant stuff.  But always in passive aggressive---I'm better than you---ways.  He has a minor disability, more to appearance than ability, but everything out of his mouth, is suspect.  He often jokingly rages---"Look at me!  You can see why I'm bitter!"  It never occurred to me to even see him that way until he pointed it out.  One would think with all the material flaunting he does; the flaunting of being in a long term marriage to a man, his education, his material success, even just having basic money---he'd be less insecure.  But he isn't.  He cheats so regularly that the hypocrisy of his "marriage" and the fact that everyone in a certain circle in NY has a Black homosexual friend who's been sexually with him (supposedly behind his husbands' back) makes it difficult to communicate with him.  His delusional state of being physically memorable and sexually promiscuous on one hand and "married blissfully" on the other always brings up the conversation, as soon as he's out of earshot.

"Does he know he's the carnival fuck of the community?"
"And that his husband knows?"
"His husband must be using him."

(Ironically now for years in order to teach a section on critical thinking I use the third friend and varying strategies of Byron Katie's The Work questioning system as to how I learned to deflect and eventually remove myself from him.)

I relate these three not to example the fact that I personally have learned better boundaries and perceptiveness about friendship and whom to avoid.  I obviously have.  But to look at how there's a seething anger, a willingness to criticize, strike at others emotionally and act passive aggressively.  I came to this examination more fully as I was talking to another angry friend (his stems from his parents dying recently, far more understandable) and my own relating of in my twenties having a churning rage at myself, my family and occasionally the rest of reality.  I was angry at the things I hadn't gotten or hadn't manifested yet.  Ironically I've manifested all of those things now---maybe that takes away some of the anger?  Back then I was just learning how to erect and maintain healthy boundaries with my family and dysfunctional friends.  I'm damn near a pro at that now.  Like an ersatz Captain Benjamin Sisko on the deck of Deep Space Nine, I can mentally bark "Shields up!" and stand behind a force field that allows me to deflect while clearly seeing the antagonist---whether that's parents, friend, lover, chicken or child.  I used to react, spittle frothing at the corners of my mouth, seething and wish calamity-----upon myself.

I could see, that seething inner anger, that raging of it's unfair!  Then point adamantly at others, other men, homosexual perhaps, who've let us down is really an attack upon self.  There was a time when I was so angry at myself for having only the above three as my primary friend set.  That I had the pitiful resources that these were the best I could do.  Then I accepted that they were a choice.  Choices I had made because they were also alternatively occasionally fun, funny, present---sometimes a present man has gotten years of friendship that he didn't deserve.  But when I really started being accountable and responsible for every aspect of my life---including whom I made friends with---I had to admit that I'd chosen them.  And that maybe even Black/Latino sexuality/race based anger is a normal stage.  It's normal to feel maligned for race/sexuality, to be lonely and act passive aggressively in trying to get our needs met because of our self-perceived disability---sometimes that disability being self-contradictory, as it's our own valued race and sexuality themselves.  How to cherish something that others dislike or that has brought you only fleeting happiness.  How to justify that it is inherently good to be Black or homosexual--when frankly---the world, and maybe even your family suggests they would love you better, more, deeper, if you were neither?

How did I get past my rage full twenties?  I'll bluntly tell you that on two separate occasions I got my angry ass into therapy for 1 year stretches and had a Life Coach for 6 months.  All three I count as cornerstones to teaching me how to change relationships, priorities, career/jobs and friendships.  I purposefully eschew religions where I have to hopscotch around concepts and representatives that are historically non-supportive of me, racially, sexually, culturally, because that's like trying to admire the sweetness as you drink the poisoned Kool Aid.  I also edited the company I keep.  There are some formerly close friends who I'm sure now wonder---gee, why haven't I seen him in awhile?  Why doesn't he call like he used to?  I've learned a psychic self defense emotional ninja technique of removing myself long before I slowly ebb out of someone's life.  Mainly because I realize the cure for their anger isn't something that anyone else can administer.  Behind my self-removal I'm often saddened by that, missing several of these friends for their positive aspects.

But self-preservation must prevail and in the 48 Laws of Power, Law 10 is:

INFECTION: AVOID THE UNHAPPY AND THE UNLUCKY.

• Transgression of the Law
In the 1840’s Marie Gilbert, better known as Lola Montez, came to Paris to become a
dancer and performer. She had many husbands, and caused the ruin of many a powerful
man. Because of her ambition to be a dancer she “accidentally” ran into Alexandre
Dujarier, then the owner of France’s most popular newspaper and a drama critic himself. Although still legally married to an Englishman with whom she eloped at 19, Lola kept her status secret from all her husbands. Dujarier was shot dead defending her honor at a duel against another drama critic. Lola went on to have several husbands, even causing King Ludwig of Bavaria to abdicate. She left another man who later fell into a deep depression, became a drunkard, and eventually died at a relatively young age. The man who published her autobiography went bankrupt.

Wisdom in a nutshell:
• In the game of power, the people you associate with are critical.
• An infector can be recognized by the misfortune they draw on themselves, their
turbulent past, a long line of broken relationships, unstable careers, the very
intensity of their emotions, and the force of their character.
• Gravitate towards prosperous, cheerful, and gregarious people.
• Never associate with those who share your defects.

And if this anger is a phase then I must be conscious of those in it, moving through it and stuck within it---if nothing more than as a litmus test for my own sanity and peace of spirit.

Tell me what you think!

25 Common Characteristics of Successful Entrepreneurs by James Stephenson

Do you have what it takes to get through hard times?

Here are the traits that help home-based business owners thrive.

Regardless of your definition of success, there are, oddly enough, a great number of common characteristics that are shared by successful business people. You can place a check beside each characteristic that you feel that you possess. This way, you can see how you stack up. Even if you don't have all of these characteristics, don't fret. Most can be learned with practice and by developing a winning attitude, especially if you set goals and apply yourself, through strategic planning, to reach those goals in incremental and measurable stages.
The Home Business Musts
Like any activity you pursue, there are certain musts that are required to be successful in a chosen activity. To legally operate a vehicle on public roadways, one must have a driver's license; to excel in sports, one must train and practice; to retire comfortably, one must become an informed investor and actively invest for retirement. If your goal is success in business, then the formula is no different. There are certain musts that have to be fully developed, implemented and managed for your business to succeed. There are many business musts, but this article contains I believe to be some of the more important musts that are required to start, operate and grow a profitable home business.
1. Do what you enjoy.
What you get out of your business in the form of personal satisfaction, financial gain, stability and enjoyment will be the sum of what you put into your business. So if you don't enjoy what you're doing, in all likelihood it's safe to assume that will be reflected in the success of your business--or subsequent lack of success. In fact, if you don't enjoy what you're doing, chances are you won't succeed.
2. Take what you do seriously.

You cannot expect to be effective and successful in business unless you truly believe in your business and in the goods and services that you sell. Far too many home business owners fail to take their own businesses seriously enough, getting easily sidetracked and not staying motivated and keeping their noses to the grindstone. They also fall prey to naysayers who don't take them seriously because they don't work from an office building, office park, storefront, or factory. Little do these skeptics, who rain on the home business owner's parade, know is that the number of people working from home, and making very good annual incomes, has grown by leaps and bounds in recent years.

3. Plan everything.
Planning every aspect of your home business is not only a must, but also builds habits that every home business owner should develop, implement, and maintain. The act of business planning is so important because it requires you to analyze each business situation, research and compile data, and make conclusions based mainly on the facts as revealed through the research. Business planning also serves a second function, which is having your goals and how you will achieve them, on paper. You can use the plan that you create both as map to take you from point A to Z and as a yardstick to measure the success of each individual plan or segment within the plan.
4. Manage money wisely.
The lifeblood of any business enterprise is cash flow. You need it to buy inventory, pay for services, promote and market your business, repair and replace tools and equipment, and pay yourself so that you can continue to work. Therefore, all home business owners must become wise money managers to ensure that the cash keeps flowing and the bills get paid. There are two aspects to wise money management.
  1. The money you receive from clients in exchange for your goods and services you provide (income)
  2. The money you spend on inventory, supplies, wages and other items required to keep your business operating. (expenses)
5. Ask for the sale.
A home business entrepreneur must always remember that marketing, advertising, or promotional activities are completely worthless, regardless of how clever, expensive, or perfectly targeted they are, unless one simple thing is accomplished--ask for the sale. This is not to say that being a great salesperson, advertising copywriting whiz or a public relations specialist isn't a tremendous asset to your business. However, all of these skills will be for naught if you do not actively ask people to buy what you are selling.
6. Remember it's all about the customer.
Your home business is not about the products or services that you sell. Your home business is not about the prices that you charge for your goods and services. Your home business is not about your competition and how to beat them. Your business is all about your customers, or clients, period. After all, your customers are the people that will ultimately decide if your business goes boom or bust. Everything you do in business must be customer focused, including your policies, warranties, payment options, operating hours, presentations, advertising and promotional campaigns and website. In addition, you must know who your customers are inside out and upside down.
7. Become a shameless self-promoter (without becoming obnoxious).
One of the greatest myths about personal or business success is that eventually your business, personal abilities, products or services will get discovered and be embraced by the masses that will beat a path to your door to buy what you are selling. But how can this happen if no one knows who you are, what you sell and why they should be buying?
Self-promotion is one of the most beneficial, yet most underutilized, marketing tools that the majority of home business owners have at their immediate disposal.
8. Project a positive business image.
You have but a passing moment to make a positive and memorable impression on people with whom you intend to do business. Home business owners must go out of their way and make a conscious effort to always project the most professional business image possible. The majority of home business owners do not have the advantage of elaborate offices or elegant storefronts and showrooms to wow prospects and impress customers. Instead, they must rely on imagination, creativity and attention to the smallest detail when creating and maintaining a professional image for their home business.
9. Get to know your customers.
One of the biggest features and often the most significant competitive edge the home based entrepreneur has over the larger competitors is the he can offer personalized attention. Call it high-tech backlash if you will, but customers are sick and tired of hearing that their information is somewhere in the computer and must be retrieved, or told to push a dozen digits to finally get to the right department only to end up with voice mail--from which they never receive a return phone call.
The home business owner can actually answer phone calls, get to know customers, provide personal attention and win over repeat business by doing so. It's a researched fact that most business (80 percent) will come from repeat customers rather than new customers. Therefore, along with trying to draw newcomers, the more you can do to woo your regular customers, the better off you will be in the long run and personalized attention is very much appreciated and remembered in the modern high tech world.
10. Level the playing field with technology.
You should avoid getting overly caught up in the high-tech world, but you should also know how to take advantage of using it. One of the most amazing aspects of the internet is that a one or two person business operating from a basement can have a superior website to a $50 million company, and nobody knows the difference. Make sure you're keeping up with the high-tech world as it suits your needs.. The best technology is that which helps you, not that which impresses your neighbors.
11. Build a top-notch business team.
No one person can build a successful business alone. It's a task that requires a team that is as committed as you to the business and its success. Your business team may include family members, friends, suppliers, business alliances, employees, sub-contractors, industry and business associations, local government and the community. Of course the most important team members will be your customers or clients. Any or all may have a say in how your business will function and a stake in your business future.

12. Become known as an expert.
When you have a problem that needs to be solved, do you seek just anyone's advice or do you seek an expert in the field to help solve your particular problem? Obviously, you want the most accurate information and assistance that you can get. You naturally seek an expert to help solve your problem. You call a plumber when the hot water tank leaks, a real estate agent when it's time to sell your home or a dentist when you have a toothache. Therefore, it only stands to reason that the more you become known for your expertise in your business, the more people will seek you out to tap into your expertise, creating more selling and referral opportunities. In effect, becoming known as an expert is another style of prospecting for new business, just in reverse. Instead of finding new and qualified people to sell to, these people seek you out for your expertise.

13. Create a competitive advantage.
A home business must have a clearly defined unique selling proposition. This is nothing more than a fancy way of asking the vital question, "Why will people choose to do business with you or purchase your product or service instead of doing business with a competitor and buying his product or service?" In other words, what one aspect or combination of aspects is going to separate your business from your competition? Will it be better service, a longer warranty, better selection, longer business hours, more flexible payment options, lowest price, personalized service, better customer service, better return and exchange policies or a combination of several of these?
14. Invest in yourself.Top entrepreneurs buy and read business and marketing books, magazines, reports, journals, newsletters, websites and industry publications, knowing that these resources will improve their understanding of business and marketing functions and skills. They join business associations and clubs, and they network with other skilled business people to learn their secrets of success and help define their own goals and objectives. Top entrepreneurs attend business and marketing seminars, workshops and training courses, even if they have already mastered the subject matter of the event. They do this because they know that education is an ongoing process. There are usually ways to do things better, in less time, with less effort. In short, top entrepreneurs never stop investing in the most powerful, effective and best business and marketing tool at their immediate disposal--themselves.
15. Be accessible.
We're living in a time when we all expect our fast food lunch at the drive-thru window to be ready in mere minutes, our dry cleaning to be ready for pick-up on the same day, our money to be available at the cash machine and our pizza delivered in 30 minutes or it's free. You see the pattern developing--you must make it as easy as you can for people to do business with you, regardless of the home business you operate.
You must remain cognizant of the fact that few people will work hard, go out of their way, or be inconvenienced just for the privilege of giving you their hard-earned money. The shoe is always on the other foot. Making it easy for people to do business with you means that you must be accessible and knowledgeable about your products and services. You must be able to provide customers with what they want, when they want it.
16. Build a rock-solid reputation.
A good reputation is unquestionably one of the home business owner's most tangible and marketable assets. You can't simply buy a good reputation; it's something that you earn by honoring your promises. If you promise to have the merchandise in the customer's hands by Wednesday, you have no excuse not to have it there. If you offer to repair something, you need to make good on your offer. Consistency in what you offer is the other key factor. If you cannot come through with the same level of service (and products) for clients on a regular basis, they have no reason to trust you . . . and without trust, you won't have a good reputation.

17. Sell benefits.
Pushing product features is for inexperienced or wannabe entrepreneurs. Selling the benefits associated with owning and using the products and services you carry is what sales professionals worldwide focus on to create buying excitement and to sell, sell more, and sell more frequently to their customers. Your advertising, sales presentations, printed marketing materials, product packaging, website, newsletters, trade show exhibit and signage are vital. Every time and every medium used to communicate with your target audience must always be selling the benefits associated with owning your product or using your service.
18. Get involved.Always go out of your way to get involved in the community that supports your business. You can do this in many ways, such as pitching in to help local charities or the food bank, becoming involved in organizing community events, and getting involved in local politics. You can join associations and clubs that concentrate on programs and policies designed to improve the local community. It's a fact that people like to do business with people they know, like and respect, and with people who do things to help them as members of the community.
19. Grab attention.
Small-business owners cannot waste time, money and energy on promotional activities aimed at building awareness solely through long-term, repeated exposure. If you do, chances are you will go broke long before this goal is accomplished. Instead, every promotional activity you engage in, must put money back in your pocket so that you can continue to grab more attention and grow your business.

20. Master the art of negotiations.
The ability to negotiate effectively is unquestionably a skill that every home business owner must make every effort to master. It's perhaps second in importance only to asking for the sale in terms of home business musts. In business, negotiation skills are used daily. Always remember that mastering the art of negotiation means that your skills are so finely tuned that you can always orchestrate a win-win situation. These win-win arrangements mean that everyone involved feels they have won, which is really the basis for building long-term and profitable business relationships.
21. Design Your workspace for success.
Carefully plan and design your home office workspace to ensure maximum personal performance and productivity and, if necessary, to project professionalism for visiting clients. If at all possible, resist the temptation to turn a corner of the living room or your bedroom into your office. Ideally, you'll want a separate room with a door that closes to keep business activities in and family members out, at least during prime business and revenue generating hours of the day. A den, spare bedroom, basement or converted garage are all ideal candidates for your new home office. If this is not possible, you'll have to find a means of converting a room with a partition or simply find hours to do the bulk of your work when nobody else is home.
22. Get and stay organized.
The key to staying organized is not about which type of file you have or whether you keep a stack or two of papers on your desk, but it's about managing your business. It's about having systems in place to do things. Therefore, you wan to establish a routine by which you can accomplish as much as possible in a given workday, whether that's three hours for a part-time business or seven or nine hours as a full-timer. In fact, you should develop systems and routines for just about every single business activity. Small things such as creating a to-do list at the end of each business day, or for the week, will help keep you on top of important tasks to tackle. Creating a single calendar to work from, not multiple sets for individual tasks or jobs, will also ensure that jobs are completed on schedule and appointments kept. Incorporating family and personal activities into your work calendar is also critical so that you work and plan from a single calendar.
23. Take time off.
The temptation to work around the clock is very real for some home business owners. After all, you don't have a manager telling you it's time to go home because they can't afford the overtime pay. Every person working from home must take time to establish a regular work schedule that includes time to stretch your legs and take lunch breaks, plus some days off and scheduled vacations. Create the schedule as soon as you have made the commitment to start a home business. Of course, your schedule will have to be flexible. You should, therefore, not fill every possible hour in the day. Give yourself a backup hour or two. All work and no play makes you burn out very fast and grumpy customer service is not what people want.
24. Limit the number of hats you wear.
It's difficult for most business owners not to take a hands-on approach. They try to do as much as possible and tackle as many tasks as possible in their business. The ability to multitask, in fact, is a common trait shared by successful entrepreneurs. However, once in a while you have to stand back and look beyond today to determine what's in the best interest of your business and yourself over the long run. Most highly successful entrepreneurs will tell you that from the time they started out, they knew what they were good at and what tasks to delegate to others.
25. Follow-up constantly.
Constant contact, follow-up, and follow-through with customers, prospects, and business alliances should be the mantra of every home business owner, new or established. Constant and consistent follow-up enables you to turn prospects into customers, increase the value of each sale and buying frequency from existing customers, and build stronger business relationships with suppliers and your core business team. Follow-up is especially important with your existing customer base, as the real work begins after the sale. It's easy to sell one product or service, but it takes work to retain customers and keep them coming back.

Race: 10 Things That Make The Ku Klux Klan Ecstatic!!! by Kyle Phoenix

You down with KKK?
I'm down with KKK!
Keepin' it real!
The Klan has a long and distinguished history.  It is literally the physical manifestation of racism in America that every human, and small animals, can point to as the definitive example.  In the late 1800s after the Civil War and the terror that the "darkies" would lose it and help White people lose their head from being attached to their bodies for slavery, the KKK was formed.  They went 19th century Racebook----riding horses from town to town, scrawling letters in the standard 3rd grade education most Southerns (and quite a few Northerners) enjoyed. But gosh darn it, faster than you can get 5000 Friends and go from a Person to a Page, a psychopathic paranoid semi-militia had been formed.  They did things----lynchings, intimidation, gunshots, running darkies off or back on to plantations   It was literally the Racebook virtual reality/Halo Mix-tape.

But then slowly laws were changed and amended and more immigrants started flooding the welcoming shores of America.  There was the odd barn burning and yearly BBQs over slain Civil Rights leaders but by the 1980s the KKK was dwindling, it was empty, it was so forgotten that people were surprised when they checked back into it.  Like MySpace.

Sure there was your parades and rallies and shocking political appointees who showed that their hood sheet now came in 100% Egyptian cotton with a clever Hermes tie.  But the blatant, orgasmic in your face-ness of the KKK was narrowing.  Racism, ever the American trendsetter, had gone subtle; it had edged into the underground in-conscious of selected recipients of the Caucasian persuasion.  Racial Berlin Wall cracker Nelson Mandela was free and with it went the Europeanized Aliens-esque brood queen, Apartheid into the gaping maw of Black space (but always up for a sequel.)

But then from Black Space came the sequel and this time the KKK gaped like John Connors when the horror Sarah had warned him of saved his life and said with the face of the Terminator, "Come with me, if you want to live."  And live the Klan has because it's a multi-pic sequelization and the KKK realize that they thought they'd lost the miscegenation are but they realize that was only the battle and the darkies were chewing on the throats, bones and dreams........of each other.

1. Black and Latinos Not Reading
North America has the unique distinction of having libraries within every ten square blocks (except for desert spots).  You can go into these buildings---heated, lit, quiet and read about anything and anybody.  Hell, you can take the books out of the building, borrowing them so you can even sit at home alone, moving your lips while reading.  Amazingly enough within one generations time Black and Latinos have forgotten that it was illegal for them to read and now we leave mental money on every 10 blocks and they ignore it!  They have the highest dropout rates and lowest literacy scores by race on the planet with the exception of their boon boon cousins who live in true deserts!

2. Black and Latinos Saying They "Hate" Math
Compound interest arises when interest is added to the principal, so that, from that moment on, the interest that has been added also earns interest. This addition of interest to the principal is called compounding. A bank account, for example, may have its interest compounded every year: in this case, an account with $1000 initial principal and 20% interest per year would have a balance of $1200 at the end of the first year, $1440 at the end of the second year, and so on.
The effect of earning 20% annual interest on an
initial $1,000 investment at various compounding frequencies

3. Black and Latino Men Consciously Barebacking/Spreading HIV
MSM call each other brother and understand basic science.  It's been 30 years and even my cat knows how HIV is spread.  But they still are fucking each other to death.  They have parties in Harlem and around the country where condoms are so verboten, if you flash one, much less try to use, you'll be kicked out.  They know they're infected and shrug and fuck each other.  You can't make this shit up.  Black and Latino men, the warriors will fuck each other to death and then some of them who like the pole and hole, will go fuck the women too!  And they know it kills and wrecks the immune system!

4. Black and Latino People Buying Apple IPhones, BMW, Microsoft, Louis Vuitton Products and Paying Rent
Real estate is "Property consisting of land and the buildings on it, along with its natural resources such as crops, minerals, or water; immovable property of this nature; an interest vested in this; (also) an item of real property; (more generally) buildings or housing in general. Also: the business of real estate; the profession of buying, selling, or renting land, buildings or housing.

73% of all wealth on Earth is held in real estate.

30% of people of color in America own real estate but not the other companies.  What does that make all of the purchasers of goods who don't own anything but the products?  Loving devotees.
5. Black and Latino People Spending Inordinate Amounts of Time on Facebook
The Klan considers the 100 million
the bum door opener tip.
(Reasons 1 & 2 apply to
"fixing" the education system.
Does it matter if you
enhance the system for people
who only a percentage will READ and do MATH?
"Here you go."
Announcing they're going to sleep.  Announcing they're awake.  Posting pics of Whitney Houston and Michael Jackson tributes.  Sharing music videos of Whitney Houston and Michael Jackson.  Complaining about sagging pants.  Announcing the Lord's intentions, wishes, blessings, thoughts, feelings, anger and occasionally personal attentions.
Some will point out the 100 million donation to Newark by Mark Zuckerberg.
The Klan considers that no Black or Latino has ever been able to drop out of Harvard to create anything on the internet that has 1 billion users and is worth over 100 billion dollars.

6. Black and Latino People With Cell Phones
Blackberry's cost $500 plus a 1 or 2 yearly contract which is about $100 a month. So when they give you a near free Blackberry, you've paid over $2000 for it.  IPhones cost $300 to $800 plus a 1 or 2 yearly contract which is about $100 a month. So when they don't give you a near free IPhone, you've paid over $4000 for it.

Curiously enough Motorola, Verizon, Apple, Blackberry nor their subsidiaries donate to education, social care, for the near 70% of Blacks and Latinos who are paying so much.  However the good news is that this is where Reasons overlap.  See if they didn't Hate Math they'd figure out the massive profit upswing.  Of course that would then integrate into Reason # 1 but the real irony is----all of these pieces of technology can look up the answers and they never use it!!!!!!!!

7. The Maury Povich Show
You could understand young people with children wanting the male parent to assume responsibility   That's not racial, that's universal.  But check this---the audience is full of Black and Latino people looking at Black and Latino people humiliate themselves for a trip to Connecticut and a paternity test.  No, no, wait for it---sometimes there are multiple children and the Black or Latino man is adamant  proud and joyous when he finds out he's not a father to some girl he's been doing the horizontal bounce with.  She dashes off in torrential shame but she'l be back because like a good mother to the children who will one day review this on YouTube---she's got a list of other possible men it could be.  Name by name, literally counting the seats on the train she's pulled---to an average 2-3 million viewers a day.  No, no, no----wait for itttttttttttttt----while a White man sits next to this foolery grinning in sweats! because he doesn't even dress up for the approximate 10 million a year (as a partial owner of the show) he gets for being the ringmaster to Dr. King's legacy.  The respect for Black and Latino women and the integrity of their men is a ratings boom!

8. Big Beautiful Black Women Who Are Too Proud Of It
Diabetes.
Heart disease.
High blood pressure.
Shorter Lifespans
Amputated limbs
Look at the damn picture.
Enough said.*
*The Klan though can rightfully defend that when they could own the broodmares, they were much thinner and healthier.  They can actually statistically and historically prove that chattel slavery was better for some because some have trouble regulating how to do a basic human function.  A function that humans have been doing for 2 million years.  2 million years.
**Yes, yes, The Klan is aware that all races, mainly in America are obese but they have been thinking about how diabetes is more likely to effect the brown folk.....and the brown folk rail against a mayor who says that a 96 ounce, 1500+ calorie is a bit too much to be so readily available.  Because well......aw, hell.......look at her. Somehow we're all paying extra taxes on the front end health care or the back end exit strategy of her.

9. Black and Latino People Harassing Their Own
94% of Black and Latino murders are committed by Blacks and Latinos.  4% of the murder rate are White people.  The Klan is positive that even if a decent feeling for a race war could be mustered, Black and Latino people would shoot, beat, injure, betray, maim, decapitate each other in the planning phase.

10. Blacks and Latinos Treating Each Other With Discrimination
The really brown people came from the purple lines.  There were some brown people just sitting around minding their own business on the left side of the map.  Luckily we were able to exterminate most of the indigenous people (there's some pissed Native American blogging about this but Racebook is confined to reservations for them.)

Check this: the current brown people are so subdivided---by the racial categorizing system created by their oppressors they think they're different.
LM(W)AO

You can't make this shit up.
The birth of a (brown) nation is televised and remote controlled through a brown President that nearly all of them ran to vote for.  Yes, the revolution is being televised....it's called BET.

The problem is whom you think the revolution is against.
