Trump’s tweets are profoundly simplistic. He uses superlatives a 6-year old would use (“right”, “good”, “bad”, ”terrible” etc.), which gives the impression that he's incompetent. Why are his speeches and writings so primitive? Does he have a low IQ? Kyle Phoenix Answers

Yes, I would say he's probably of genius level. Americans don't understand intellect nor genius and throw around stupid the same way we throw around race, as a social construction and not a physical reality.
He's created a large business empire that has had successes and failures, normal in business. The difference is there's more visible and tangible successes and he's actively courted broad public attention , particularly here in NYC for decades.
Genius is the ability to think, intend, hone, create, innovate and advancement which he's done by playing with idea of a presidential run for decades, finally doing it and winning. That's in no way luck, that's the application of knowledge and skill and resources to a desired end.
140 million working adults in America has garnered 25% operating a post high school-college level. The recession had two other factors, reasons that aren't popular ---the sale of bloated mortgages to folk because of the intellect inability of millions to critical think past greed allowing banks, smarter folks to rebundle and sell debt and the fact we're shifting permanently from a Technological Age to an Informational age and our populace couldn't shift as fast as necessary. Computer usage is America wide but not very deep comparatively speak. Phones, tvs, games but even if you look here on Quora there's a push towards coding skills. India, three times our size graduates four yea degreed engineers at a rate of 600,000 a year, we graduate 33,000. Even accounting for a triple population, they're still at 200,000.
Americas god is TV and our religion is money/capitalism.
Is it no surprise that we elected someone who has mastered being ordained by one and negotiating the other? It was inevitable.
TV is specifically designed, even the language at an 8th grade level of understanding because that's the average intellectual reasoning capacity. Really smart people as a mass aren't your network TV audience but the average intellect are. TV bypasses the reasoning and editing section of your cerebral cortex because it broadcasts at 28 frames per second. If you'll notice TV and movies never stay on a sustained image for longer than fifteen seconds before adding or changing because it is stimulating your brain, training it to need constant change and stimulation, not informational increase.
Now imagine someone knowing that and focusing the ability to manipulate, honed in our gladiatorial arena, business.
He uses Twitter and outlandishly demonstrative speeches as distraction.. Imagine critics, pundits, etc all sitting around awaiting a mans tweets. Pull back from the media cacophony of him as a lightning rod and look at the STORM. Look at it.
I can't imagine anything more pimped than having millions of tax paying hoes in the street talking about a post it note I electronically threw out the window. That level of mass manipulation there is masterful.
Mastery, even when if it's at your detriment is still mastery.
The problem I see is the lack of Jedi building the opposition is doing. Why? Cause you're monitoring twitter and news feed as indicators of psychology and fitness. The man is in. He won.
Focus on the support of that or unified opposition but only manipulated, 8th grade level trained media fools focus on measuring his IQ. He's so smart that he strategically understood you don't play for popular votes, you play for the electoral college. Eyes on the prize.
The psychology we're witnessing is that of a businessman who doesn't bow or kneel because he's built himself following a capitalists mentality. He'll never release his taxes. Why? Because its none of your business. Hell, my taxes for my business are none of your business either. That's entitlement honed through hard work in a capitalistic system. Go ask your boss for his taxes. Capitalism supports the empowers individual, not the social contract.
He will speak wildly, off the top of his head and make big promises because that's what CEO's do. He will disregard courtesies and expectations that he doesn't want to because that's how self made billionaires roll.
Stop trying to perceive him as a politician and you'll see he's executing as a businessman. A smart one.
I think his trip up will come on that we've expected politicians to act in a certain austere, half lying, verbal spinning kind of way due mainly to TV. The stuckness of bureaucracy will be his albatross. Using momentum as ramming power we suspect that's no longer good enough but we don't know what the innovative alternative is.
Obama was the appeasement president to calm down a country divided about war its biggest business. He like most past presidents has quietly taken capitalist advantage in signing a 65 million dollar contract for himself and his wife signed another 65 million dollar contract for their respective autobiographies. Obama just signed on with Cantor Fitzgerald at $400,000 a pop for speeches. That's literally the former police officer now doing singing engagements at Al Capone's house.
Trump is the radical president to unclog, un-stifle, jar the system and populace.
The next president will be nice, good, wholesome and tempered.
The following one will be the progressive.
America is a progressive thinking but slow changing country.
Trump is the bad boy you screw around with to shake things up, to get the cobwebs out.
But make no mistake he is strategically move savvy than nearly everyone because if people think he's crazy, they're careful around him and his interest. That too is power, the caution of others. Fear is most powerful when people fear doing anything and speculate at the sanity of the man holding a sword.
Look at the storm, not the flashy lightning rod and you'll see the masterful stroke of a media and psychology manipulating businessman's wand is the rod.
Step back from this and see it through sophisticated, control, misdirection, playing into key tropes and psychology.
Americans like to throw around dumb and stupid and racist because it takes savvy to recognize when you're so brainwashed that all someone has to do is identify and exploit that brainwashing.
Gil Scott Heron said you are willing for any form of revolution, mental or physical, when you entertain the possibility that there is another way to perceive that which you believe.
Wisdom grants even, or always your opposition, genius because it demands you excel past your previous levels to negotiate, unify or oppose.
Acknowledge his genius,, its then access to your ability to see the storm.

Kyle Phoenix Answers: What would Trump’s Presidential library look like, considering he has stated that he does not read books?

Or is it easier to piss and moan and mock and then get back in line for your bowl of gruel?
Trump went to private schools and Wharton so he's probably read all the "classics" plus tomes and tomes of financial and real estate texts. Now imagine this, his work has been about two things, sales and management. Sales isn't the most text intensive work. Once you develop the skills, you get better at the skills. He also manages people to get deals done, which means he employs the John D. Rockefeller strategy of intellect----a telephone---he can call, hire, bring in the intellectuals who understand the detailed nuances of probably anything. The skill to have prime knowledge at your fingertips and amenable to your goals is greater than a library of thousands of books. I expect he has a different kind of intellect than my own, and that's okay. I'm not a people person, I don't get charged or energized meeting and dealing with people on an intensive, constant basis and yet I'm a pretty good teacher. Being President isn't about being Spock on the bridge, it's more like being Admiral Jellico on the secure comm.
Perhaps America has such issues with globalization and class stratification because it assumes and inherently resists intellectual advancement.
I'm a teacher.
There's no universal adult education system.
We're not a book nation.
I'm not sure I would want a president to be like me in that respect, lost in ideas. I see the presidency as different. Head manager, not head brain.
