Should all Hollywood movies and TV shows have every race and nationality represented for diversity, inclusiveness, political correctness and avoid offending anyone? by Kyle Phoenix

The problem is the ingraining of racism and discrimination and the unfortunate intense ubiquity of TV and movies. TV and movies shape, control and deeply influence our society, pointedly American, but yes, also including the world’s.

Therefore if a movie isn’t pointedly about dismantling race or programming peace—-have you ever noticed there are no movies or TV shows that teach you how to negotiate, how to enact peace, how to stop violence—-I mean deep, sound psychological tactics to raise children, be a better spouse? So much of this medium is about programming and by far we have TV and movies that are violent, misogynistic, show female degradation and yes, racial/culture exclusion.

So should there be mandatory diversity casting? probably yes. Why? Because the people who watch TV and movies, billions at this point, as their primary mental informational diet—-now rivalled by the internet—-are not our best and brightest. they are the majority——and the majority as a singular thoughtform is never a good idea—-ask a Jew in Nazi controlled Germany.

In order to change personal obesity, you have to make some personal and lifestyle changes.

In order to change the world we will have to change some things that we’ve normed.

Mermaids who are Black.

Here’s my take on it—-didn’t see the first ones—-not too big on animation/fantasy in that way—-so if she’s kinda White, kinda Spanish, kinda Black—-here’s my take on it—-she’s a fucking mermaid. Get a life. You’re arguing for purity in fantastical fiction. Really, this is why the UFOs fly above but never settle down for discussions—-can you imagine the nut tards who would scream at them?—-probably the same one’s upset about a mermaid.

Or a Black guy in a Game of Thrones (no, I have not seen that show either but you’d be surprised—-like crackheads swarming a neighborhood—-how one can be aware of something that you don’t participate in). So the guy is Black……….aren’t there dragons? What race should the dragons be?

See, how dipshit a discussion that becomes?

Back to perhaps entertainment that has a historical context and therefore a more specific grouping of people who were logically there. If you are ever looking for historical accuracy in a movie on HBO—-you’re right up there, perhaps not in the same room, but in the neighboring house as the numbnuts who worry about a mermaid’s skin color.

The deeper question is why do people of other colors upset you?—-setting White people as the default—-I mean we’re not talking about Bollywood films that have White actors—-are the Indian audiences ever jarred to crippling insanity when White people appear in Indian movies? Or African movies? Yeah, I caught your cognitive dissonance out there where you automatically assumed I was ranting about White only movies. Now it gets messy.

Here’s why it gets messy and no one ever uses movies to unravel this.

You’ve been programmed by TV and movies.

Pick your favorite conspiracy theory (notice how they’ve skyrocketed in people who know “the truth” or that the Earth is flat, in the past 10 years, 50? TV and the internet, I’m just saying.) but this time apply it to yourself—-apply to yourself that you’re not some wise, able to see through it all know it all.

Apply to yourself the label of sheep.

Or lemmings.

Now here’s how you mark to measure yourself——by hours.

Hours of time on the internet, hours of TV watched a week, hours of movies a week.

Over say 5 to 10 hours——not more than 5 books read a week/in-between, and your brain has been co-opted and is controlled.

You’re a cable, internet paying, cellphone paying—-notice that there are less advertisements but you pay a long tail equivalent more than your parents did on phones, toys, clothing, bs, PlayStations, etc., streaming rights, cable, blah blah blah blah—-programmed lemming.

You’re programmed. The only question is to what degree and depth.

Now we can get back to diversity.

Here in America there are 6x more White people than Blacks or Latinos, separately. Lean in, boo boo. It’s not for you, if you’re not White. No, really, lean in——it’s NOT FOR YOU.

Now the fact that media has expanded to include you doesn’t change the primary fact that it’s—-NOT FOR YOU. It never was meant to entertain the little Jamal's and Keisha's and Juan's and Juanita's. It never was. It was meant for White people and only White people. BUT you still, being non-White, go to that entertainment source wanting it to be for you because you can access it.

Access doesn't mean there still isn’t exclusion.

But SHOULD there be diversity, even if it upsets the status quo of the entertainment.

Okay, flip it, should there be diversity in companies, in public, in stores, in jobs, in relationships, even though it upsets the status quo?

The answer is sure, yes, resoundingly yes.

BUT

You’ve been so well programmed that you would experience cognitive dissonance if it occurred—-which is what people are experiencing. Because racism has been so fundamentally screwed into your head and you’ve never been systematically taught how to dismantle it——so a friggin’ mermaid can cause strife. A mermaid. Do you have any idea how much of a mental sheep one looks like upset at the skin color of a mermaid?

Change will only occur when we get comfortable being made to feel uncomfortable.

Then too, you might even ask, yourself why you spend so much time absorbed into fictionized entertainment?

But see if you dismantle one with diversity, it sort of frees people to disentangle from the matrix and then you’d REALLY hold politicians and corporations accountable for the deep, deep, constant and thorough screwing, you’re getting in other ways. Someone has to profit from your enslavement, even if you’re entertained at the manacles on your head.

So there can’t be diversity—-you’d start to question too much.
