Do Black American artists, writers, creators sometimes feel pressured by a White majority audience to tell 'Black stories'? Answered by Kyle Phoenix

No, the pressure felt is how to tell stories that aren't just about race. Whether that means omitting someone or not managing racial issues, just telling a story of Stanley and Stella without having to identify them or drag out their racial history. It can exhausting trying to be creative and nonracial because everyone is racist and wears those glasses tinted to some degree.
